Ingredients: Hong Hua, Hong Jing Tian, Du Yi Wei, Ku Shen, Qiang Huo, Zang Chang Pu, Salt

Preparation: place 1 teabag into a basin and add 5 cups of boiling water. Steep and wait until it cools down to 115 degrees Fahrenheit. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Keep adding hot water during soaking.

Storage: Please store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed after opening.

You may re-use the foot soak. Put in a glass jar and refrigerate. Bring to a boil and let cool to 115 degrees. Reuse only ONE time. One package of 3 is a week's worth of soaks.
